The town Too Smart Jones lives in is being covered in graffiti. While trying to find who has been putting the graffiti on the walls, Too Smart and her friends discover a large mural and nobody knows who painted it. The same painting appears on canvas in a local artist's section of the art museum and again, nobody knows who painted it either.
