When a woman turns up in a police station crying about her lost kitty, the police officer on duty isn't concerned. Until he realises Kitty is a little girl and she isn't actually lost. Her fake "Uncle Mike" is using her as a cover to get her and the bomb she's carrying in her lunchbox close to the Lord Mayor's parade.
