The future of union organising

While 'union organising' has developed over time and in many different environments, and has begun to help the renewal of labour unionism, it has become apparent that it also has a number of different aspects which are problematic. Evaluating the efficacy of the union organising in terms of union strategies, tactics, styles and resources this title outlines a number of suggestions and strategies for improving these deficiences so that labour unions can once again provide an influential voice for workers in the workplace and in society.
