In this summer vacation story, a grandfather and his two grandchildren, Audrey and Garrett, search for a house for him to live in after he dies. They discover an abandoned lighthouse inhabited by two ghosts and must solve mysteries and puzzles, and avoid traps, to rescue one spirit from the other.
